I need a 1/8 endmill with a 1-1/2 inch depth of cut. To make it worse, It has to be a ball mill. I need the .0625 radius in the corners or it just wont look right. I have found 1" depth. I will be milling wood so the length should be no big deal. I have also looked for router bits but no ball ends. Any body have a source for such an odd duck.

Can you get in with a wider radius corner end mill, you can still get these with a 1/16" corner radius but they are a larger dia and will be a lot more rigid than a 1/8" bit thats as long as you want!! Or just hand grind the corners of say a long series 1/4" mill.

The other option is to mill it square and just put the fillets in with wax or some other filler like bondo, this is often done on full size.
