I finally got around to remaking the cylinder pivot shaft. The cylinder block was not thick enough to tap a 2-56 thread into it so I had to make a new thicker one. I was lucky I soft soldered these parts together, so it was easy to remove the cylinder and install it on the new part.
Here is a video of the steam test. I was not getting enough steam up the stack so I replaced the 0.125 exhaust pipe with a 0.156" one. It looks pretty good now but I think I will re make the piston in stainless. The brass one is getting loose from running in the gears and playing with it ;D
