I've been searching for Brian's book for a long while now. Your best bet to obtain a copy without a serious wait is to visit garden railway forums that have a buy and sell section and post a WTB advertisement.

You'll find many such sites under the wikipedia garden RR page.

AMENG is the original publisher, they've long ago sold out and wont be re-printing the book. So the resale market is all thats left...
