Dose anyone use Solid Edge version 5 3D solid modeling cad?

Version 5 ? I think they are on version 20 or 21 at the moment.

you may want to look into albre cad Nice package and the standard version is only IIRC $97 for the license. http://www.alibre.com/ you can even dowload and try for 30 days for free.
