Simple Single Axis DRO

This pdf file shows (hopefully) how I made a simple and cheap Single Axis DRO for my antique lathe. It is like me and suffers from backlash in most joints DRO uses a cheap digital vernier gauge , an Arduino and a 16x2 LCD display.

Your circuit board shows up great but that is all there is. I couldn't build one from that but I am electrical handicapped! Can you post more pictures of the whole unit on your lathe? Thank you for this post.
