Was searching for something else and ran into this:

Looks like making something similar would not be too difficult. Don't think this company makes it anymore. I found them and it was not listed. A search on Google did not turn up anything.
 
Nice idea, especially the dovetail locks. Thanks for sharing this.

I had purchased a similar one a few years ago from

I think High Tech Systems bought the rights or whatever to produce that MVS-800 vise from TS Engineering (now defunct).

But don't see it on their web site anymore. Shouldn't be too difficult to make. I'll see if I can dig it out and get some pictures.

I've seen similar "vises", essentially just the jaws (without the base) that mount to the mill table slots and work the same way.
