IHS - any info on users of this company's "Haystack" service

I was googling around the other night and came across the website for IHS which appears to be a company which big corporations and governments use to locates parts & stuff. But, you need a subscription to use the service. The company's service is called "Haystack". I have found a particular item that I would dearly love to track down and perhaps buy but I can't get past this subscriber's firewall.

Anyone out there know anything about IHS or use IHS's services and how to help me track this part down. (It's an old ship part belonging to the frigate that my father served on in WWII ).
