how do you grind cams?

ive seen a few people here ask for plans on a cam grinders and the copywrited ones keep coming up, im not asking for those plans, if anyone has plans that can be legal posted here then go right ahead.

but how does everyone else grind there cams?

I just cut the cams with the cam cal program values, then polish them on the lathe with some fine emrycloth. Tough i would like to have some sort of machien or cam grinder to be able to achieve a more accurate cam.
