I tried "search" and all I found was an old thread that suggested I start a new thread sooo... The LMS power feed won't fit on my mini mill because I have an extra crank on the left end of the table and a longer lead screw to accommodate it.
I plan to build one with a 12 volt drill and a $25 30 amp speed control from E-Bay. I have a 20 amp power supply.
I would appreciate seeing what others have done or suggestions before I go "re-inventing the wheel".

Thanks, Purpleknif

There are a few shots of mine (w/wiper motor) here

Hi Purpleknif

I have made a powerfeed using a wiper motor.
I'm using a homemade gearbox as a coupling.
