Just joined and hope to learn more about the World of Miniatures!
Reason for joining is I have a partial kit for a Four (4) cylinder Engine that was made by E. Wells, Chicago, Ill. This kit came from a Buddy that Passed On about a month ago and I am trying to find information on it.
The kit is a Cast Aluminum Block/Head with a Steel(?) crankshaft. I do have print but it is very faded. I am trying to scan it to see what is missing in the kit, but no luck so far.
Has any one heard of the Maker or have any idea what/when/where it came from?
Thanks,
Chuckm
