Work has slowed down a bit and I decided to start building an engine while I have some down time. I'm actually building three engines, but two differant models. I increased the plans by 50%, cause I just wanted a bigger model. This is what I have done so far after two weeks.
I'm having a little difficulty finding some hard wood for the frames here in Iraq, there doesn't seem to be any. I'll continue to post pics of the progress

Cylinder base, head and crank shaft bearing blanks.

Too lazy to mount he four jaw chuck, so I improvised.
Finnished eccentric.
