Changed Email address. Can't log in.

Hi, I have changed my Email address - it was formerly [email protected]. and my username was rpbidgood. When I tried to login to my account I found it was locked and a message was sent to my old Email address which I couldn't access. I would like to be able to use my old username as I posted against it. I am a supporting member. Sorry but I couldn't find any other way of communicating my difficulty.
