It might be Elmer Wall's 15cc engine. Go to this page and scroll down the page:

http://www.colespowermodels.com/Engines.html

It's described as:

C-606 Wall 15cc Gas Engine

Cylinder: Single Vertical

Bore: 1" Stroke:1-1/8"
Cooling: Air Length: 5"
Width: 4" Height: 6"
Weight: 3 LBS

Coles sells teh plans for it, and some castings and other parts as well. There have been problems from time to time with that website, and contact with Coles, tho, so I'm not sure how active the business is.

I saw one run at the NAMES show a few years ago. Sweet runner. They also have a 30 cc single by Wall. I've.never seen free plans for either
