would appreciate all suggestions!

Manfred

I have an old set of Sievert nozzles with jets that screw onto the torch , they start at 3\4 to 2 inch , I have seen roofers using torches up to 3 inch , no idea where in the states to get them but easy to get hear .

Hello Manfred,
You could try the Sievert USA site at:
http://www.sievert.se/default.asp?locId=7&langId=1&pageId=6

Or a roofing supplier like Best Materials:
http://www.bestmaterials.com/SearchResult.aspx?KeyWords=sievert%20torch
They sell the torch handles, neck tubes, regulators, hose, etc. online.

I got my set about 15 years ago from Sulphur Springs Steam Models, but sadly they are no longer in business. NGT models still has a web site showing typical, hobby-size burners, but is not in active business either.

Recently, I was able to pick up some very nice bargains on Sievert torches and parts on eBay. Be patient with eBay auctions and wait out the better deals if you go that route.

Enjoy,
Todd.
