S steamer Well-Known Member Joined Nov 30, 2007 Messages 5,388 Reaction score 31 Nov 9, 2011 #23 I got the record on Sabino that runs a 75 HP compound turning a 4 foot diameter 5 foot pitch prop 13 rpm The prop helps alot...and it is a steam engine...so I'd say it has an unfair advantage over an IC engine...
