Vectric has good 3D cams.

Meshcam is also very good, it has a 30day 100% Trial period where you can actually save the code 100%. For the price it's very good. (cheaper than Vectric).

And for price issues, try out HeeksCNC, it's a full 3 axis 3D CAM that is 100% Free, open source, supported by donations. For the price, it think it's worth checking out. ;)
 
Wish I had a good answer for you but unfortunately I don't. I use MasterCam X5 for my cam software and Solid works for my CAD work. I have tried a few of the low end software packages and could never seem to get them to function well. From all my reasearch I have done the BamCAm seems to be the trick for mosdt people though. I have never tried it but I think I will for reasearch sake.
