I have tried the Jan Ridder vapor carburetor in the past and have never had any success. I just made a jam jar model and have not been too successful. To be fair I have not been successful with the venturi carburetor on this engine either because of flooding therefore the vapor carburetor. If I am reading his page correctly the diameter and the length of the air intake tube is not critical. It seems like he is saying that the carburetor will only work with fresh fuel because the 30% volatile components are burned off and the 70% less volatile components are left so the fuel must be replaced. Am I reading this correctly?
