I have acquired a drill bit sharpening attachment that has no identifying information on it. I hope the picture of it is included as I couldn't see it in the preview. I can figure out how to use it on my bench grinder and possibly on my tool grinder but I am curious as to who made it. I also would like the operating instructions even though its operation seems quite obvious. Thanks in advance for any help.
