sorry but i have to go, but i wanted to thank you all for some great ideas you gave me. i went through your entire sight and learned at least ten great ideas. That is quite an accomplishment as most machining books i read leave me with a big yawn. and by the way i do appreciate being called a newbe, at my age that is quite a compliment. Best wishes and may all your engines run first time. Please remove my name from your site, i truly have enjoyed learning from you.

I hope I will still be around at 90. lectrician must be doing something right and my hats off to him. By the way, Kris Karamasines ( the Greek ) is still driving a top fuel dragster in his mid 80's and is still competitive. Makes me want to get a big whiff of nitro, must do something for preservation, Dave

http://www.wrsmithclocks.com/. This chap turns 91 this August (W. R. Smith, not Dave) and although he too has health issues he is still actively involved in writing books and making DVDs. I would encourage all members regardless of age to take a look at this site as he is a truly inspirational craftsman that we could all aspire to in our advanced years. Thanks for the link Dave
