I built another model from Bengs Modellbau Germany:
A Stirlingmotor with speed control – https://www.bengs-modellbau.de/Stirlingmotor-Rainer-mit-Fliehkraftregler-Materialbausatz/2280
At the end of the video there is a short clip where you can see it running.
The Engine is a working model of the German Lehmann Air Expansion Engine from 1867.
Technical information you can find here: http://hotairengines.org/closed-cycle-engine/lehmann-1867
The kit comes with premilled parts and all the material and fateners etc.
Overall building time was about 140 hours.
