I built another model from Bengs Modellbau Germany:

At the end of the video there is a short clip where you can see it running.

The Engine is a working model of the German Lehmann Air Expansion Engine from 1867.

The kit comes with premilled parts and all the material and fateners etc.
Overall building time was about 140 hours.
