Did you ever figure out the problem with the "Non" circle printing? I was thinking that it may be missed steps, or belt related maybe. A good test might be to print a sphere or a vertical doughnut to see if the problem follows a particular axis. I know my pantograph will engrave out of round if the pivots aren't set right.

seems the x carriage was not parallel to the x axis.
ATM the circles look pretty good. I am still pondering upgrades . but because I want to not because I have to.

The latest in the ongoing adventure. With valentines day coming up in a couple weeks I decided to brows thiniverse fro something to print. So here is thing 428468 Desk top valentine working gears and it does work the fit is a little sloppy for my taste but a working mechanism to show of at the next show.
