Has anybody had a problem receiving items from this company? http://www.a2zcorp.us/store/category.asp?Category=Taig:Lathe Machine. First order I only received half of my order. Second order I entered the wrong address. I corrected the address, but the only effort they made was to change the shipping enroute, but instead offered to refund my money if I returned the package that I have no idea where it is. Total loss on the two orders is about $130. Also each order had an item on back order that the were unable to ship.

After some communication with everybody involved, they came through with some great customer service.

Actually they were rather rude, but I was able to order the items from another vendor.
