Thanks for the offer. After I redesign it and machine it I would like to take you up on that. It is just a flat 1/16 of inch piece of aluminum now. I am thinking at least a 1/4 inch thick with a some small radius used and 4 more studs in each corner. ;D ;D

winklmj..thanks an neither had I until I did some Googling. This engine was mostly aluminum so there was a lot to anodize.
