Plan Order from Cad-modelltchnik-jung in Gemany

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone here has ordered plans from cad-modelltechnik-jung Online-Shop der Fa. CAD+Modelltechnik Jung and received them.
I ordered some plans on the 11th of October and have received no feed back as to the progress of the order.
I have sent 3 emails inquiring if they had received my payment and if the plans had shipped but have received no response.
Do they still operate?
Is it some sort of holiday in Germany at the moment?
I know it will take quite a while to arrive in Australia and that's fine, I just want to know if all is good and they will/have been sent.

So I had a similar problem. I ordered from them , plans were allegedly dispatched , but did not arrive . Emailed asked for pdf copy ,understandably, or not they were not prepared to send via e mail.
At the time I thought this to be our terrible South African postal service fault.
Fortunately I was In Germany later on and managed to get them sent to the hotel.
So not sure how this helps but this was some 3years back.
From s.a. side, if I did this again, I would use a recognisable courier service even though this would possibly double the cost.
Still waiting for the plans to arrive in the post.

HI, i'm in Australia too and have ordered a majority of his plans over the last couple of years, they all arrived within 3 to 4 weeks (before covid times)

A couple of weeks back i realised i had lost one of the pages and i emailed, he wrote back within about 10 mins and was very helpful.

When I last ordered, sometime within the last year, there was a bit of delay in email response. But eventually he replied & (hardcopy) plans were dispatched. I didn't think electronic/PDF version was ever available? Airmail arrived within a coupe weeks (to Canada) as I recall, but with Covid interruptions who knows what's normal anymore.

I have ordered two sets of plans this year.

After my payment, I saw I accidently gave a wrong postal address. I send them an email and everything was delivered correctly within two weeks.

I sent another two emails and this time got a reply. The plans have shipped so I am content now. Just got concerned because I was not getting email responses.
