Need help with mill reverse wiring

Hi, I have been searching the web about a fwd rev switch for my mill. It is a G1005Z, I have a reversing drum switch and a diagram for it, it is a Kedu ZH-HC-3.
Every diagram I find shows a different junction box including the one in the manual. The one on my machine has three jumpers that I don't see on any of the others. I will try and include a pic.

Might be helpful if you included a photo of the diagram on the inside of the cover.

Thanks for your reply, the diagram on the inside only shows hookup for 110 or 220 volt, however I was able to figure it out using a toggle switch to change motor lead 5 and 6.
