Ok, the pipe banding is over, it works very well.
After some tests I applied a delrin upgrade to better guide the pipe.

Hello Spotter,
Looking at your post and the resulting bender, it looked very similar in principal to a bender under a post titled "Bending brass tube " To take a look, search for it under the post title.

It appears as if your thoughts and design followed a similar thought process. Your pipe bender looks great and apparently produces excellent results.
