Is the idea that you want pressure, flow or air velocity maximized?

You could probably have some real real fun designing a nozzle to give you what you want while cooling the steam.

The purpose of the blower is to move a large volume of air at 25+ psi; this air will be used to supply both an ejector and a coanda effect mechanism which will entrain even more air, thereby increasing air mass flow.
