Mechanical Lubricator

hi all,
im after a small, well, very small mechanical lubricator making.

it needs to fit in a space of 1" wide so the tank and ratchet nees to be smaller than 1" in total width.

i had a look on ebay and there was a nice one with a 1" tank but the mechanism protruded by another 3/4" or so.

it was a kit version, so could i use the pump and make my own tank? it can be longer than its width to make up some more oil space.

would someone be able to make me a mechanical lubricator to fit in a 1" space?

the size needs to include the ratchet mechanism on the outside.
