Plans can also be had in old issues of Engineering in Miniature, I can dig out the issue No if needed.

The books are basically reprints of the articles and Polly will sell drawings for £25 GBP an engine.

From my research on the InterWeb, the articles in 'Engineering in Miniature' were from Dec1989 to Oct1990 inclusive.

I'd love to get my hands on the Articles, (without inpinging on Copyright of course).
