looking for threads

i was rooting round the downloads section last night due to not being able to sleep and came upon two neat fun little projects one was for a flyball governor and the other was for a steam powered siren and just wondered has anyone done a build thread for these two items if so how can i find them

The siren, I believe, was started by Powder Keg a couple years ago.

The flyball governor was Brian Rupnow's project, though others chimed in with links and suggestions.
