Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I would like to give a short introduction of myself.
My name is Bruno, I come from Germany, more precisely from near Bingen am Rhein. I am 67 years old and have been building steam models for almost 40 years. Furthermore, I made some of my processing machines myself.
Professional background:
Trained as an industrial mechanic. Then worked in a public authority until I retired.
I have been retired for 7 years.
I will present my work on other sites.

I am "self taught" (respective youtube taught :) ). It started with a 3d printer kit (2013?) the goal was to have something to control with my microcontroller. And then I came to "my conclusion" that printed plastic is most of the time useless.
:)

Wilcomen. (Please excuse my broken German -it is about as good as my Modelling - Almost OK, but flawed!)
My wife and Daughter both spoke German, so - after a long business trip where I had met a lot of German Engineers and Managers, many didn't speak much English - when I asked my Wife and Daughter for the meaning of "Ich weiß es nicht", they both said "I don't know"... But surely as German speakers, they should know? - It fooled me...
At breakfast in an Hotel, the waitress asked "Möchtest du etwas?" - to which I replied in my best German accent: "Ya, eins etwas bitte." - Never let an Englishman try and speak other languages. He will get it wrong - with Confidence!
