Laser cut gears

I wasn't sure if edge quality and precision would be good enough but after a bit of fiddling with the parameters I'm able to cut useable gears on the laser down to MOD 0.7 in 3mm stainless steel. For MOD 0.5 I have to go thinner on the material. For low load/speed applications they work OK. The ones pictures are 40T MOD 0.7 gears.
