Insert Link "Here"

I know how to post a link (Copy-Paste), but how do I change the www.html.otherstuff.funkysymbols.randomnumbers.com to "Here" or something like that?

I put a ? in code so you could see what was put in just add a = and your link in first set and then what you would like the link label listed as in between.
