Sorry my plans are all in my head. I never use plans.

plans for a similar engine are available from Payment Gateway - Rocketr . look at the red farm engine, it comes in hopper cooled and air cooled. once you have built one you can then change the design, scale up or down and add personal touches and end up with your own special like this one

You may want to take a look at J.E. Howell Model Engine Plans Home Page Jerry did number of plans for Hot Air and Internal combustion engines from entry level to advanced. Hit and miss to V four and a few other things. Worth a look

Are you using some form of check valve between the mixer and fuel tank?

No I am not. I need rework the fuel system. It runs very well when the tank is full. When the fuel level gets below the 2/3 fulI start having was issues since the top of the tank is below the level of the carb. I need to raise the tank and install a fuel bowl with a float valve. The venturi vacuum is not strong enough when the fuel is low.
