Well after much trial & error in getting my engine to rum more than about 40 seconds I'm about to give up.
I always had a issue with fuel leaking back out the bore so I machined another piston & fitted a O'Ring it now has good compression even without the o ring. I still have issues with the drip feed I cant seem to get it down to smaller drops hence the engine floods. I thought maybe I should try a mixer. Where should I install it after the 100" jet or before. Please excuse my diagram, I purchase Turbocad but still on a learning curve so done it in Excel

Thanks mcostello, I do have fine screen mesh under the drip feed. Its the mesh supplied with the plans.
Before I decide where to put the mixer I'll make up a new needle & jet to see if I can get a more refined adjustment.
Drilling a small .015" hole will be my major challenge though.
