Hall Sensor query.

Hi All. I am looking for recommendations on the purchasing of Hall sensors. Requirement is 4.5 volt minimum, three prongs, robust, obtainable in Australia and fires with a South pole magnet.
A brand name/number and some supplier details would be appreciated as looking up specifications is confusing as buying a mobile phone. Application is for a Howell V4. Thank you
