Grizzly Stirling Engine

Hi all,

I just finished my Grizzly Stirling engine, actually it's a little bitter sweet. My late father (passed end of 2016) started the build back in Shetland, UK - he made the power cylinder, block and the stand but never got around to completing it. I shipped all his tools etc out to NZ and this little engine was in a box with the plans. I decided to complete it and now stands proudly in our living room.

Pretty happy with it, it certainly spins up quicker than I expected! but what a bugger to get them running right, they have to be so precise with no tight spots.. was a challenge (but a good one!)
