It looks like they do but they charge an extra $10 handling fee on international orders, plus shipping. With the ridiculous prices of shipping from the USA (I got an envelope today that cost me $5), then it's probably a $60-70 quill stop. I think I'd build one before I laid out that much for a simple item.

Don't know that it applies in this situation, but I have been known to spend multiple hours making a part that I could have bought for a few bucks ... just because I can!
