Combo Machine from the Past

Hi Folks

Can't decide if this should really go in this bit of the Forum, but ....

Got this on a torn out bit of paper amongst the ( vast ) quantity if stuff I acquired with my Myford a few years ago.

The only info was it is of a USA made machine, around July 1939 !!

Looks like the illustration was torn from some brochure or the like. Quite high quality paper.

Any idea what it is, maker etc.

I've never seen anything like that before but I do like it. That would be a very handy little tool to have in the shop.
