It looks like the engine castings for a Westbury Sealion

I think that it is a Sealion. If so plans are available from Hemingway.
Go to the Hemingway site and compare the photos.
The plugs and coil alone are worth near the opening bid.

Agreed. The large casting at the back is the belt guard for a Mk2 Quorn tool & cutter grinder.
