Welcome aboard. Ive got the same lathe as you. Went down to Baton Rouge to pick it up, came home, unloaded it and set it up by myself. Its amazing what some two by fours and a come along can do when all you got is you alone! It took a couple of days from the back of the truck to the bench but it really was not all that difficult. Still recommend getting help if possible.

While your there, Ive got a couple of other home machine shop videos you may be interested in. My work is nothing near as good as many others on this board but I have just as much fun.
