I bot 4 files in a local store called McFadden. Two pieces looked to be lower quality and were cheaper, 8.30USD (made in China), the other two: 8" mill ******* 10.70, 10" mill ******* 13.80usd. The last two are high quality. I tested out the cheapos and they are OK, but a noticable difference...
