My version of a Die Filer From Bar Stock

By chance, I noticed recently that Martin Models appears to sell files designed for use in a die filer:

I tried that, it doesn't work with 30 year old TurboCAD 16.2

and Alibre doesn't read AutoCAD 3d dwg either, BobCAD does though.
