Traction engine movie

There was an old movie on TV this afternoon, "Iron Maiden" about steam traction engines. I didn't count them all but there must have been 50 traction engines in some scenes, a real steam buffs movie.

Yes that's the one, he looked familiar and when I checked who was in the movie I realised who he was.

Thanks for posting that link Terry, it was very interesting. I couldn't believe that some shots were of a plywood replica, now I realise how they managed to blow up the engine in the final scene.

They also mentioned that Alan Hale had played the part of Casey Jones, I had forgotten that, it was one of my favourite TV shows when I was young, it must have been in the late 50's.
