I'm from Michigan and we have a HUGE engine show in the little town of Buckley. Among the great variety of engines, tractor and other assorted things, they have a original running Snow engine. Along side of this monster was and older gentleman who had a very beautiful model of said engine. after talking to him and exchanging our backgrounds, I asked about the flywheel. That is when I decided I also would build one. Because of all the tiny details in that flywheel. And the cool cams.
This is some of my work.

Martin - I would suggest that you search these forums, there are several posts about the Snow builds, along with some very helpful adjustments to the design of some of the components to help with reliability. I built one and it was a very fun and rewarding build.
