That looks like a Boeni (Switzerland) tool. Zeus also makes such (and maybe many others). There´s lots of (animated) videos in Zeus´s site, like

Oh I don't doubt, I did manage to get a very nice pair of new Zeus knurling wheels for £5 recently though!

I'm curious.Why such an extreme angle?Surely this means you're only using a corner of the knurling wheel?Then what's the point of having a wheel that wide?Enquiring minds want to know :big:

I'm pretty sure those are CUT knurlers (they actually remove metal not just deform it) so like any cutting tool need to have material behind the cutting edge.
