"The Tower" Tool Holder

There is a project in Metalworking Book 3 or Metalworking Book 4 that describes a holder for small hand tools (punches, drills, screwdrivers, etc.) called The Tower. At least that's what I think it's called. It's made from 9" long pieces of 2x4's partially overlapped and glued to form a tower. Could someone who has Metalworking Book 3 and 4 please check and tell me which book has this project? The books are a little pricey so I want to buy the right one.

It is my understanding that Village press will make you copies of articles for a nominal fee. if you e mail them and explain what you are looking for thaey may be willing to sell the plan/article for the project you need and you may not need to buy the whole book just a thought .

Gotta agree with Tin....I was looking for Glen Wilson's tool and cutter grinder. I called up and they looked it up for me, no problem.

I bought the correct book.
