Clicking on the "Forums" tab on the upper left takes you to the main page, which is like a file cabinet, with drawers for different sections.
Pick a drawer, open it, and start a new thread in the area that applies to your particular interest.
Click the "Post Thread" button on the upper right to start a new thread.
