Saito FG84R RC Fuel Intake Modification

Gents,is information available on how to do this mod please I am a avid RCer and want to buy one,but the videos and forums suggests that it has heating issues on the heads i.e. all three different there is a mod that Ray English does

Why not send it to Mr. English for modification? As the video shows there is an whole new backplate made to replace the OEM part. It seems his concept is incorporated into the FG-60R3 and FG-19R3, but the FG-84R3 and FS-33R3 retain the original design. He doesn't sell plans for it if that's what you're looking for.
