Reamer set - hand or power?

I just received a "7pc. HSS CHUCKING REAMER SET - 1/8" thru 1/2" from Micro Mark. The shafts have no flat spots on them, so I suspect I know the answer to this, but just to be sure...

Are these intended to be used under power (ie, chuck them in the tail stock of the lathe and at slow speed under power turn the lathe while moving the tailstock in, or are these manual and I need to turn the chuck by hand?

They are meant to be used under power either in the tail stock of the lathe or in the mill/drill

Thanks, Jim. I very much appreciate your taking the time to answer my question. That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure. I have found a bunch of charts regarding feeds and speeds, so I am well on my way I think to using these appropriately.
